I use Spotify every day for multiple purposes. You see, being a full-time engineering student, while also being an active member of the Powerlifting team here at A&M, my mind can often get into a state of constant thinking and even stress. Therefore to ease this tension, I often listen to music using Spotify. I have numerous playlists depending on the mood I am in. If I would like to just chill and think while I am studying, I will initiate my “Harmony and Tranquility” playlist. If I am at practice and would like to raise my energy and focus, I will listen to my “Let’s Get It” playlist. I would definitely recommend downloading this app if you don’t have it. PLUS, IF YOU ARE A STUDENT and would like to acquire premium service they will only charge you $4.99 a month compared to their usual rate of $14.99 a month. With the student service, you are allotted a complimentary Hulu account as well to binge your heart away!

My second app that I use often is more often used for pleasure and distraction rather than to keep me focused. This app is a game called Clash Royale. I typically play this game during my breaks in between classes, studying, or from whatever I may be doing. It’s a great time killer, and very addicting so play at your own discretion.
