"You must expect great things of yourself before you can do them."  - Michael Jordan
Confidence is one of the most important factors of success. As Michael Jordan states above, if you don’t expect yourself to do great things you won’t. Believing in yourself is difficult, even the most driven and hardworking people struggle with it. Do you think Nelson Mandela or Gandhi had self-doubts? Of course, but when their confidence faltered, they continued to work hard. It takes more than believing you can do something to do it: self-confidence is just the first step in success.
Success isn't always about greatness. It's about consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success. Greatness will come.” - Dwayne Johnson

Hard work may be the single most important condition for achieving success. Without hard work, nothing can be accomplished. With the exception of the few people who win the lottery or inherit millions, nobody improves their circumstances without hard work. Regardless of your definition of success, whether it be money, having a happy family, or owning a small business, hard work is still the way to make that happen. The bottom line is nothing comes free and easy; it’s up to you to wake up each day and do what you need to do in order to be successful.
