You’ve more than likely heard this before, however one of the most important lessons I’ve learned through my childhood was to never give up when things got bad. I still carry this out in myself to present day. Every day we are faced with new challenges. Every new challenge may require for us to step out of our comfort zone. For myself, I found change, or putting myself out there in general, very hard. It took me through high school, and my first year of college to be comfortable with stepping outside my comfort zone, embracing new challenges, and accepting the change with the advancement in education, new surroundings, and more importantly, making new friends. You are so much more capable at achieving goals that may seem impossible, with the right amount of strength, determination and courage you are set to do incredible things.  Do not be afraid to ask for help, and do not be scared to put yourself out there. With this, I’d like to mention that leading by example, through a simple act of kindness shows a lot about the type of person you are. It can be so easy to get distracted and caught up in life. So, don’t give up on a tough situation, ask for help, embrace change, and lead by example on spreading positivity and simple acts of kindness. With this, I can assure you that your perspective on life and the daily activities you do will benefit you greatly.
