As you can see on the front title of my blog, I am an Aries in the zodiac sign and for the purpose of this blog that means that I care a lot about my style and the way that I am portrayed to the world around me.

Therefore, when it comes to my style, money is no object.  I’m constantly on the lookout for style statements that represent me as a person. If I find an outfit or a pair of shoes, and I feel like that sums up me as a person then I’ll likely “have to have it”. You could just sum this up to me being a diva…which isn’t wrong, but to me it is important to be constantly representing yourself as a person to others. I use the same tactic in reverse whenever I choose to make new friends or socialize. If I see a person dressed in a similar style to myself there’s a higher chance that we will we will get along and become friends, at least in a fashion sense. I’m not saying that’s the only qualifier that I use to make friends, but it definitely helps narrow down the bff search while going through the motions of my ultra-busy collegiate life.

Since I obviously cannot ball out in the way that I wish I could since I am a college student I resort to “ballin’ on a budget” at places like TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, Target, and all of the clearance racks of the world. Surprisingly, these places are very clutch and if you have enough patience to search a little for a perfect find then it works out very well. However, you better believe that I fall asleep at night dreaming about the day when I am can legit ball out and buy myself whatever fashionista items my diva heart desires.
