Money is no object when it comes down to health and wellness. This also relates with what you can cover yourself with health insurance, car insurance, and dental insurance. In addition, what you buy to consume is just as important. For the most part, I eat very well, I don’t cut costs on food when I go out at a restaurant, or getting food at the grocery store. College has definitely affected my time to go to the grocery store and cook all the time. A good friend of mine told me about a service called Plated. It allows you to cook chef inspired meals at home, with providing you the precise measured ingredients delivered to your door each week. What I love about this service is that there’s no waste produced because the ingredients are the perfect amount for the recipe. There are various services like Plated such as Hello Fresh and Blue Apron. I believe it’s really important to eat healthy in college. Consuming clean foods will help boost your energy level and outlook with your overall feel and health.
